lodi656 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. lodi656 is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under lodi656's regulatory framework.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits lodi656's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
